Spa Policies

Williams Day Spa is open Monday through Saturday, 2 Sundays a month.

We are open for product and gift certificate purchases.

Walk in, order online for shipping or local delivery, call in for curbside pick up.

Arrive at your appointment time, to avoid crowding do not come early.

Masks Optional.

Maintain social distance before and after your service.

Cash or Venmo tips only.

Gift Certificates must be presented to be redeemed.

Gift Certificates are worth the dollar value paid when purchased.

All returns are for store credit only.

No returns are accepted after 90 days, with no exceptions.
